Social integration lets your AI persona access publicly available information about participants from their professional profiles. This creates more personalized, context-aware conversations.

How it works

When a participant joins a session, the AI can reference their professional background, experience, and interests to tailor the conversation. This makes interactions feel more natural and relevant.

What the AI can reference

  • Professional title and company
  • Industry and domain expertise
  • Career history and experience level
  • Skills and areas of interest

Use cases

Personalized Interviews

The AI interviewer references the candidate’s actual experience and asks relevant follow-up questions about their background.

Sales Discovery

AI prospect knows the salesperson’s company, product, and recent announcements for realistic discovery calls.

Networking Practice

Practice introductions and conversations where the AI references real professional context.

Executive Coaching

AI coach draws on the participant’s career trajectory and industry to provide relevant guidance.

Privacy considerations

Social integration only uses publicly available professional information. No private data is accessed. Participants are informed when social context is being used, and you can disable it at any time.

Writing social-aware scripts

Reference social context in your meeting script:
The most effective use of social context is subtle. Instead of “I see you worked at Company X,” try “Given your enterprise background, how would you approach…”
