Every scenario has a unique URL that participants can use to start a session.

Open your scenario

From the dashboard, click the scenario you want to share.

Click Share

In the scenario header (top right), click the Share button.

Copy the URL

The modal opens with the “Share link” tab selected. Your unique URL is shown in the input field:
Click the Copy button to copy it to your clipboard.

Set visibility (if needed)

  • Public: Toggle “Allow anyone with link” ON. Anyone with the URL can start a session.
  • Restricted: Leave it OFF. Only participants you invite via Scheduling can use the link.

Share it

Send the copied link via email, Slack, your LMS, or any channel. Participants click the link to start a live AI session.
If the Copy button appears disabled, your scenario visibility is set to private. Toggle “Allow anyone with link” on, or use Scheduling to send invite-only links.

What Participants See

When someone clicks your link, they:
  1. See the scenario welcome page with persona name and avatar
  2. Grant microphone (and optionally camera) permissions
  3. Accept consent prompt (if enabled in settings)
  4. Start a live conversation with the AI persona
