Waterr Meet can display a consent prompt to participants before a session starts. This ensures participants understand they’re interacting with an AI and that the session may be recorded.

What participants see

When consent is enabled, participants see a prompt before joining that includes:
  • A notice that they’re about to interact with an AI persona
  • Information about recording (if enabled)
  • Your custom consent message (optional)
  • Accept and Decline buttons
Participants must accept to proceed. If they decline, they’re redirected to a cancellation page.
