Steps
1
Open the Send Agent page
On the scenario detail page, click Send Agent. This opens the send/share surface for that scenario.
2
Choose Link or Schedule
Two options:
- Link — copy a link and send it to anyone through any channel (email, Slack, WhatsApp, DM). They open the URL and the AI agent takes the call.
- Schedule — create a calendar event for a specific time. The participant gets an invite with a link that only works inside the scheduled window.
3
Schedule — set the time and expiry
If you chose Schedule, pick the date and time. You can set the invite to be time-bound: it only becomes active at the start time and expires after the window closes (or after a duration you specify — e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, one-time use).Good for interviews, assessments, and any invite where fairness or a specific slot matters. See Scheduling for the full options.
4
Link — set expiry and (optionally) add context
If you chose Link, the link expires 24 hours after creation by default. You can extend that from the same panel. You can also add context for this specific send — a note the AI agent will factor into how it runs the call. For example:
“You need to take this interview more aligned towards communication skills and AI experience.”The base scenario stays untouched; the context only applies to the sessions started from this link. Useful when you want to tune the same scenario for a specific candidate, customer, or cohort without cloning it.
5
Send
Copy the link (Link) or confirm the invite (Schedule). The participant joins whenever they open the URL — the AI agent runs the scenario, and the transcript, analysis, and recording come back to you when the call ends.
After the meeting
Once the agent finishes the call you get:- The full transcript
- The post-meeting analysis against the scenario’s goals
- The recording (if enabled)
