Give participants a self-service scheduling experience. Connect Cal.com to your scenario and participants can pick a time that works for them.

How it works

  1. You connect your Cal.com account to Waterr Meet
  2. You enable booking for a scenario and select a Cal.com event type
  3. Participants visit your booking page URL and pick a time slot
  4. They receive a calendar invite with the session link

Setting up booking

1

Connect Cal.com

Go to your scenario Settings tab. Under the Booking section, click Connect Cal.com. Enter your Cal.com API key when prompted.
2

Enable booking

Toggle Enable Booking Page on.
3

Select an event type

Choose which Cal.com event type to use for this scenario. Your available event types are pulled from your Cal.com account.
You need a Cal.com account with at least one event type configured. Create one at cal.com if you don’t have one yet.

Booking page URL

Once enabled, your booking page is available at:
For example: https://waterr.ai/harshit/b/sales-discovery-call

Sharing the booking page

The booking URL appears in the Share modal under the booking section. Click Copy to copy it. You can share this URL:
  • In emails to candidates or trainees
  • On your website or LMS
  • In calendar invites or Slack messages

What participants see

When a participant visits the booking page, they see:
  1. The AI persona’s name and avatar
  2. The scenario name and description
  3. Session duration
  4. An embedded Cal.com calendar to pick a time slot
After booking, they receive a calendar invite with the session link included.

When to use booking vs. other sharing methods

Booking pages work well for interview practice scenarios where candidates should prepare and choose a time that suits them, rather than jumping in immediately.
