After each session, the AI evaluates the participant against the goals you define. This produces scores, written feedback, and analytics you can review and export.

Goals

Goals are the evaluation criteria for your scenario. Each goal defines what to measure and how to score it.

Creating goals

1

Open your scenario

Navigate to the scenario you want to configure.
2

Go to the Goals tab

Click the Goals tab on the scenario detail page.
3

Add a goal

Click Add Goal. Fill in:
  • Name — What you’re measuring (e.g., “Communication Clarity”)
  • Description — What good performance looks like
  • Scoring instructions — How the AI should assign a score

Example goals

Scoring

Each goal is scored on a scale (typically 1-10). The AI assigns scores based on:
  • The conversation transcript
  • Your scoring instructions
  • Observable behavior during the session

Score breakdown

After a session, you can view:
  • Individual goal scores with written feedback
  • Overall score (average across all goals)
  • Transcript highlights linked to specific goal evaluations

Viewing results

1

Go to the scenario

Open the scenario from your dashboard.
2

Click on a session

In the session list, click on a completed session.
3

Review evaluations

The evaluation tab shows scores, feedback, and transcript for each goal.

Exporting results

Export session results for reporting or integration with your systems:
  • CSV export — Download scores and feedback as a spreadsheet
  • Webhook — Receive results automatically via webhook notifications
  • API — Query results programmatically via the API
Write scoring instructions that are specific and behavioral. “Good communication” is vague. “Responds in structured format: states the approach, walks through the solution, then summarizes” gives the AI clear criteria to score against.
