Get your first scenario running in three steps.

1. Create a scenario

Click Create in the sidebar. In the chat box, describe what you want:
Be specific about the context. Mention the participant’s role, the AI’s role, and what the conversation should accomplish. The more detail, the better.
You can also:
  • Attach a file (resume, job description, product brief) for context
  • Set a duration with the clock icon or mention it: “15 minutes”
  • Enable live vision or web search if needed
Click send. The AI generates a complete scenario with a persona, instructions, and goals.

2. Test and edit

Once created, you’ll land on the scenario detail page. Click the Playground tab and hit Start to test the conversation yourself.
Playground sessions are not recorded or scored. Use them to iterate on your scenario before sharing.
To edit, open the Meeting Script tab. This is where you write or refine the instructions the AI agent follows — the persona’s tone, the questions to ask, the guardrails, when to hand off, when to end the call. Every change is saved back to the scenario and takes effect on the next session.
Small tweaks to the script produce big changes in behavior. Iterate: run a playground session, note what the AI got wrong, tighten the script, rerun.

3. Send Agent / Share

Click Send Agent (or Share) in the header. You have three ways to get your scenario in front of participants:

Send Agent (link)

Copy the scenario link and send it to anyone. They open the URL and join a live AI conversation.

Embed

Drop a permanent embed into your website or mobile app. The scenario runs inline — no redirect, no separate URL.

Schedule

Add the emails of everyone you want to invite. Each participant gets their own scheduled link at the time you set.
Once the scenario is created, you can also open the Send Agent tab directly to fire the agent off to anyone — same three options, one click from the scenario detail page.
